Pinehurst Street – Real Estate Photography – Detroit, MI

We photographed an older home in Detroit that’s on the market. It was built in the 1930’s and is 1,450 square feet. The single family home has a detached one car garage and a partial basement. The exterior of the home is beautiful with high pointed features and warm brick. The interior of the home has a more modern feel and everything is painted a calming light gray. Let’s take a look inside!

The exterior of the home. We love the contrasting brick detail around the front door.

When you step into the home, you see the older architecture.

We love the features of the fireplace.

Arco – Commercial Photography – Romulus, MI

We stopped by this large industrial building in Romulus for a shoot. Arco built this warehouse, and it’s currently used to store food for grocery stores. It was quite chilly in there! We were going to shoot aerial shots of the building, as well, but because of its proximity to the airport, we weren’t able to fly our drone to take photos legally. If you’re ever interested in aerial photography know that FAA regulations may prohibit it. Some areas are not safe spaces for drones to fly. Now, let’s check out this warehouse!

This warehouse is massive!

Redberry Court – Real Estate Photography – Whitmore Lake, MI

We stopped by a beautiful walk-out ranch in Whitmore Lake, MI that was For Sale By Owner (FSBO). This brick home has three bedrooms, three baths and sits on just over 11 wooded acres in addition to being 4,700 square feet. The main floor of the home has an open concept feel with an encompassing kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms. There are two fireplaces, a spacious finished basement, a 4.5 car garage, and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. From the main floor, you have access to the deck that overlooks the wooded property, and from the basement, you can walk-out onto a Trex patio. There is also a fire pit in the backyard, which can be used any time of year in Michigan! If you’re selling your house and want professional photography done, don’t be hesitant to reach out!

From this angle, you can see the stairwell leading to the basement.

From here you can see the connection of the foyer, kitchen, and living room.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a 6 x 9 foot island!

Another look at the open floor plan. Tons of natural lighting, and check out the fireplace!

As you can see, there are hundreds of different ways you could set up furniture in this floor plan!

A front and center shot of the fireplace in the living room with twin windows on either side. The sliding glass door on the right leads to a deck out back.

A peak at the master bedroom- so spacious with a lot of natural light and a sliding door leading to the deck.

The bathroom is inside the master bedroom. Very convenient!

There’s enough space in the basement for a seating area around the fireplace.

There’s also space for games! A round of pool, anyone? The sliding glass doors lead to the walk-out patio.

From this back exterior shot, it makes it easier to imagine the deck and walk-out patio.

We stopped by The Union at Dearborn for a Google Business Tour. The Union at Dearborn is an apartment complex in close proximity to the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Henry Ford Community College, which makes it a popular place for college students to reside. The Union offers a variety of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour marketplace, a sand volleyball court, night patrol, and laundry facilities. DeAnna Gilbert – Headshot Photography – Plymouth Michigan Portrait Studio

DeAnna Gilbert, owner and founder of Integrity Naturals, stopped in our studio for a professional headshot session. As the owner of a company that sells a variety of natural, healthy, and safe products for your skin, it’s important for DeAnna to have a headshot that showcases herself (and her skin!) in a way that looks natural and glowing. As you can see below, different lighting techniques were used to achieve different looks.

Sharer Design Group – Commercial Photography – Livonia, MI

Sharer Design Group focuses on transforming kitchens and bathrooms into spaces their clients will love. They remodeled a kitchen in a Livonia home and we were happy to capture the finished product! Let’s check it out.

From this angle, you can see the many details of the kitchen: stainless steel fridge, wood floors, dark counter top contrasting with white cabinetry, and white tile back splash.

Here’s a look at the other side of the kitchen. The stove fits with the stainless steel theme.

The double shelves are a nice touch to the remodeled kitchen.

From this angle, you can see the entire kitchen.

Because this is a smaller kitchen, they now have this large floor-to-ceiling cabinet for extra kitchen storage!

We worked with Sharer Design Group to capture their remodeling magic in this Plymouth home. They transformed the kitchen to create this modern, fresh space for the family to hang out, cook, and eat. We love the cool blues paired with the whites and grays. Let’s take a look!

We stopped by an Arby’s in Redford, MI to take some shots of the exterior for a commercial shoot. It’s a super modern building covered with windows for natural lighting inside. The restaurant’s exterior is also consistent with Arby’s red and white color scheme. Check it out!
