Event Headshots – $1690 half day / $3190 full day
- On location event headshot photography using one photographer
- Half day (up to 4 hours) or full day (up to 8 hours)
- Planning consultation prior to the event
- Choice of one background color / set
- Posing and expression direction
- Optional file organization (naming files to include the person’s name who is in the photo)
- High resolution digital images with basic editing delivered
- License for commercial use in any medium with no expiration date

Add-On Options
Additional Photographer Station – $1500 half day / $3000 full day
- Additional photographer and backdrop setup
Same Day Individual Delivery – $500 half day / $900 full day
- Each person being photographed receives a private gallery of their images delivered via email
Retouching – $500 half day / $1000 full day
- All delivered images will receive retouching
- Retouching includes items such as removing facial shine, removing stray hairs, whitening of teeth, smoothing of skin, removing wrinkles, removing blemishes, etc., as necessary.
Online Scheduling – $250
- Advanced scheduling for headshot appointments
Hair & Makeup – $500 / $900
- Quick touchup to make sure everyone is looking their best with no stray hairs or facial shine
