Studio Rental Info
Table / chair setup, decor, catering, plates, bowls, plasticware, fabric backdrops, backdrop stands, strobes, flashes, light stands, soft boxes are not included with rental. We are happy to refer you to professional event vendors.
Cake smashes are permitted. No dark or red frosting, as it can stain.
Pets, nudity, illegal drugs, weapons, alcoholic beverages, smoking, vaping, open flames (including candles), confetti, glitter, feathers, smoke / fog machines, and non-washable paint are not permitted inside the studio. Do not use thumbtacks, nails, tape, or adhesives on the walls, floor, or furniture. Respect the space.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
The studio should look the same when you leave as it did when you arrived. An additional fee may be charged for any damage, clean up, or theft. There is a broom & dustpan, vacuum, steam mop, Clorox wipes, and other cleaning supplies available for use. Trash can be placed in the trash cans near the beverage station or in the bathroom and then taken to the dumpster behind the building at the end of your rental time. Do not leave trash in the studio.
Commercial renters may be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming Starloft, LLC. Coverage must be: Commercial General Liability with a minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / aggregate, primary and non-contributory.
