The space may be used for photo shoots and small events such as workshops, lunch & learns, meetings, networking, birthday parties, baby showers, client appreciation events, fundraisers, etc.
Table / chair setup, decor, catering, fabric backdrops, backdrop stands, strobes, flashes, light stands, and soft boxes are not included with rental. Be sure to include time for setup and cleanup in your rental. The studio should look the same when you leave as it did when you arrived.
Outside food and beverage is permitted. No alcoholic beverages.
Cake smashes are permitted. No dark or red frosting, as it can stain the floor.
Pets, nudity, drugs, and weapons are not permitted inside the studio.
An additional fee may be charged for any damage, clean up, or theft. Trash can be placed in the trash cans near the beverage station or in the bathroom. There is a dumpster behind the building for larger trash (pizza boxes, used paper backdrops, etc.) or stinky items (dirty diapers). There is a broom & dustpan, vacuum, Clorox wipes, and other cleaning supplies available for use.
