Your Business Needs A Google Business View Tour – Here’s Why

What would you say if we told you that you could invite people inside your business virtually? With Google Business View (GBV), you can! GBV allows people to move around your business from the comfort of their own home with the click of their mouse. With a series of 360-degree panoramas stitched together to create a virtual reality-esque experience, customers can explore your business as if they’re really there.

Customers Love It

Customers can be wary about trying new places, especially if they aren’t sure what to expect. A Google Business View (GBV) tour welcomes current and potential customers into your world to explore before deciding on physically coming by. A GBV tour is like an open invitation to come on by and check you out. It establishes trust, comfortability, and a connection that wouldn’t otherwise be possible! People tend to judge a book by it’s cover, and the point of GBV is to welcome everyone into your story regardless of what your cover looks like.

Google Loves It

Having a GBV not only helps you appear higher in Google searches, but it increases your presence on the page when your company is searched. Rather than having a link to your company’s website, there will be a sidebar on the right of the search screen with your GBV tour, other photos, and additional information.

Marketing Strategies Love it

GBV is yet another way to brand your company and let customers become familiar with who you are and what you offer. This is arguably the most personal and welcoming form of marketing out there. Customers want to trust you and your brand, and marketing is the only way to achieve this. Take your efforts to the next level with a Google Business Tour.

The Union offers a variety of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour marketplace, a sand volleyball court, night patrol, and laundry facilities. They also offer a wide variety of floor plans. A GBV Tour is a fantastic tool for showing potential residents what The Union and it’s amenities are like without ever stepping foot on the property. In addition to the Google tour we made an overlay for their tour which adds the functionality of a text menu and hotspots. When you click on the hotspots, in this tour a small text popup with more information will appear. You can also add photo or video to hotspots. Here’s the tour with the overlay below.

Patricia A. McGarry, DDS – Google Business View – Linden, Michigan

We shot a Google Business View tour of Dr. McGarry’s dental office early in the morning. It is a quaint office in what seemed to be a quiet location. It has a very home-like feel. They even have photographs of their patients up on the wall, members of the “Cavity Free Club,” and a small album of newborns that are yet to have their toothy smiles. For the kids, they have a small area with a few toys, and a little pouch for the Tooth Fairy.

The office was very open, once you made it out of the waiting room. Instead of being shut inside a treatment room, waiting for a hygienist or the doctor, there are no doors that close, so you’re never truly alone or isolated from the people that are taking care of you.
