Jennifer Arnett of Starloft Photo & Video is an architectural photographer based in Canton, Michigan serving the Detroit and Ann Arbor areas of southeast Michigan focusing on Canton, Plymouth, Livonia, Northville, Westland, Belleville, Ypsilanti, Novi, Farmington, and Farmington Hills. She is available to travel throughout the United States. Starloft Photo & Video works with a variety of types of businesses and professionals who need photo and video of homes and buildings including architects, interior designers, remodelers, home improvement companies, business owners, residential Realtors, commercial real estate agents, property managers, home owners, retail store owners, and more. Shots can include exterior, interior, and/or detail shots of the home or building. We also offer a variety of add-on services including Matterport tours, Google Street View tours, video tours, drone photography, drone videography, and graphic design. All architectural photography sessions include a concept planning and shoot experience consultation prior to the session, image selection consultation of which images to retouch (via video call or in-person), high-resolution digital images with basic editing delivered, and license for commercial use with no expiration date. Basic editing includes adjustment of color, exposure, contrast, highlights, and shadows; straightening; cropping; and resizing, as necessary.
Retouching includes items such as removing objects from the scene, making gray skies blue, greening of grass, etc., as necessary.
Using images in graphic design for marketing (such as a postcard design, social media graphics, or website assets).
Drone photography, also known as aerial photography, by FAA Part 107 certified drone operators. Please note we cannot fly on rainy, snowy, or windy days due to safety concerns and FAA rules and some areas may not be eligible due to FAA no-fly zone rules or proximity to local airports.
