Arco – Commercial Photography – Romulus, MI

We stopped by this large industrial building in Romulus for a shoot. Arco built this warehouse, and it’s currently used to store food for grocery stores. It was quite chilly in there! We were going to shoot aerial shots of the building, as well, but because of its proximity to the airport, we weren’t able to fly our drone to take photos legally. If you’re ever interested in aerial photography know that FAA regulations may prohibit it. Some areas are not safe spaces for drones to fly. Now, let’s check out this warehouse!

This warehouse is massive!

Here you can see the shelves being put to use.

Blanche Street – Real Estate Photography – Flat Rock, Michigan

We took a trip to a Flat Rock home on Blanche Street for a Real Estate Shoot. It was a beautiful colonial with a two car garage, four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and just over 1,800 square feet. The inside of the house has a statement wall made of stone with a round entry way that gives the space an aged feel; it’s a unique feature for a home, but we absolutely love it! The main floor has all wood floors, and the carpeted stairs lead the way to the second floor, which is also carpeted. Behind the house is a large yard and no neighbors from the back. Let’s take a tour!

The front exterior of the colonial.

The beautiful stone wall and winding staircase greet you when you walk in the front door.

The white cabinets, appliances, and accents stand out with the contrast of the dark countertop.

Another bathroom, this one with his and her sinks!

Addison Avenue – Real Estate Photography – Canton, Michigan

We visited a ranch on Addison Avenue in Canton for a real estate shoot for Realtor, Jerry Cislo. This home has three bedrooms,1.5 baths, and just over 1,300 square feet. The home has a natural stone fireplace, white kitchen cabinetry, and a finished basement. It is move in ready! The ranch sits on the corner of a street, so the yard is mostly on the side of the lot. There is a two car detached garage and a sun room, as well. Now it only needs some love! Let’s take a tour:

The front exterior of the ranch.

The first room you enter when you walk through the front door.

On the left you have the kitchen, and straight through the doors is a carpeted sun room.

A carpeted sun room with tons of natural light! Plus, a door that leads outside.

A better look at the connection/division of the kitchen and living room.

Check out the kitchen! We love the lights on the ceiling, the counter tops, and the white cabinets look pristine!

What would you do with all this space in your basement?

The full bath.

From this angle, you can see the garage in the back (street entrance) and more of the yard.

A look at the exterior of the sun room and some more yard.

Weekend at Brampton Inn – Chestertown, MD

This past weekend my husband, Nick, and I spent the weekend at a very cute bed & breakfast called Brampton Inn in Chestertown, Maryland. Unfortunately, it rained the entire weekend, but we made the best of it by checking out the little Maryland town, building a fire, spending lots of time snuggling, and eating delicious food.

The common area of the B&B.

The B&B had an older, home-y feel to it.

We loved the old feel of the Brampton Inn.

The beautiful exterior of the B&B.

The cozy fire we curled up by.

There is beauty in everything. Even this corn!

Such a picture-esque walkway.

Our lovely scenery.
