Pinehurst Street – Real Estate Photography – Detroit, MI

We photographed an older home in Detroit that’s on the market. It was built in the 1930’s and is 1,450 square feet. The single family home has a detached one car garage and a partial basement. The exterior of the home is beautiful with high pointed features and warm brick. The interior of the home has a more modern feel and everything is painted a calming light gray. Let’s take a look inside!

The exterior of the home. We love the contrasting brick detail around the front door.

When you step into the home, you see the older architecture.

We love the features of the fireplace.

The very modern kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and contrasting black granite counter tops.

Arco – Commercial Photography – Romulus, MI

We stopped by this large industrial building in Romulus for a shoot. Arco built this warehouse, and it’s currently used to store food for grocery stores. It was quite chilly in there! We were going to shoot aerial shots of the building, as well, but because of its proximity to the airport, we weren’t able to fly our drone to take photos legally. If you’re ever interested in aerial photography know that FAA regulations may prohibit it. Some areas are not safe spaces for drones to fly. Now, let’s check out this warehouse!

N. Main Street Real Estate Photography – Milford, Michigan

We had quite a busy summer! We were asked by Realtor Heather Stevens, who works for Keller Williams, to shoot a quaint property in Milford, MI. A little blue house with white trimming and a detached garage sits right on N. Main Street. The landscaping in the backyard makes for a cute and quaint hideaway with a wooden patio, slanted green hills with stones decorating most open spaces, and plenty of room for shrubbery or flowers. There’s also a large yard that’s perfect for family events, children, or pets! Inside the house are wood floors, an open living room and kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom (take a look below – wow!). The kitchen cabinetry, tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances are in good condition and give the kitchen a modern yet home-y feel. On the exterior of the house is a little door that leads to extra storage space, which is always a plus!

Blanche Street – Real Estate Photography – Flat Rock, Michigan

We took a trip to a Flat Rock home on Blanche Street for a Real Estate Shoot. It was a beautiful colonial with a two car garage, four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and just over 1,800 square feet. The inside of the house has a statement wall made of stone with a round entry way that gives the space an aged feel; it’s a unique feature for a home, but we absolutely love it! The main floor has all wood floors, and the carpeted stairs lead the way to the second floor, which is also carpeted. Behind the house is a large yard and no neighbors from the back. Let’s take a tour!

Addison Avenue – Real Estate Photography – Canton, Michigan

We visited a ranch on Addison Avenue in Canton for a real estate shoot for Realtor, Jerry Cislo. This home has three bedrooms,1.5 baths, and just over 1,300 square feet. The home has a natural stone fireplace, white kitchen cabinetry, and a finished basement. It is move in ready! The ranch sits on the corner of a street, so the yard is mostly on the side of the lot. There is a two car detached garage and a sun room, as well. Now it only needs some love! Let’s take a tour:

On the left you have the kitchen, and straight through the doors is a carpeted sun room.

Arby’s – Commercial Photography – Redford, MI

We stopped by an Arby’s in Redford, MI to take some shots of the exterior for a commercial shoot. It’s a super modern building covered with windows for natural lighting inside. The restaurant’s exterior is also consistent with Arby’s red and white color scheme. Check it out!
