Steephollow Drive – Real Estate Photography – White Lake, MI

We recently had a real estate shoot of a ranch on Steephollow Dr. in White Lake, Michigan. The best part is the 180 degree view that you have of Tull Lake. Yes, the house is right on the lake! It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2,500 square feet of space, making it the largest property in the subdivision. The home has had many new improvements, including a roof and siding, fresh paint job inside and outside, two new furnaces, and new front landscaping. The quaint home comes with an over-sized garage, perfect for extra storage or holding a boat. Inside the house, the walls are painted a comfortable cream, and a stone fireplace stands in the middle of the open floor plan. The house was undergoing some work when we came to shoot, so excuse the tape and plastic coverings. Now, let’s check it out!

The exterior of the ranch.

The view of the lake.

The fireplace that breaks up the open floor plan. Excuse the tape and plastic covering…the house was having a makeover!

The kitchen has a nice contrast between the wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and the white cabinetry.

From this angle you can see the kitchen, the division the fireplace creates, and the sliding glass door to go out back to the lake.

A carpeted bedroom with direct access to a cement patio, the backyard, and the lake.

Tournament Drive – Real Estate Photography – Northville, MI

We recently had a real estate shoot for a house on Tournament Drive in Northville, Michigan. We had no idea when we got there how beautiful and breathtaking it would be! The sandy-toned stone house appears castle-like when you pull up to it. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms and almost 4,300 square feet, we had a lot of great content to shoot. Take a look at the high ceilings, spa-like bathroom, open-floor layout, and exceptional backyard. Did we mention the shoe closet?! Let’s take a look inside…

The exterior of the front of the house.

The connection of the living room and kitchen, with plenty of natural light.

Check out this kitchen! From the cabinets to the back splash to the island – we are in love.

A different angle to show the connection of the kitchen and the living room.

This bathroom leaves us speechless – the glass shower, jacuzzi tub, two sinks, and tons of counter space for getting ready,

The master bedroom.

The first thing you see when you walk through the front door.

Shoe closet anyone?!

The tiled basement with doors leading into the backyard.

The back exterior of the house. Notice the large patio, great for relaxing or gathering for get togethers.

Looking out from the patio you can see the golf course just beyond the backyard.

Driving to the house you pass the stone waterfall welcoming you to the golf course.

Kernway Street Real Estate Photography – Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

We had the pleasure of shooting a classic colonial home for sale on Kernway in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a finished basement. The rest of the house has hardwood floors, and most of the walls are painted an array of grays that gives off a home-y, comfortable feel. The white borders and accents around the house are a stark contrast from the gray but gives the home a classic vibe. If you walk through the sliding glass door to the backyard, you will find a brick patio and extra privacy thanks to the surrounding trees. This house is ready to be a home, all it needs is you!

Phil Bahr Compass Luncheon Event Photography – Livonia, Michigan

Every first Thursday of the month Compass hosts a luncheon for Christians who work in the business industry to come together in Southeast Michigan. It’s a wonderful networking event that offers a place for people to connect and listen to powerful speakers. In the past, Chuck Gaidica spoke at a luncheon.

The last luncheon took place on Thursday, September 6th, and we were there to capture some shots from the event. Phil Bahr, president of the Ashes to Glory Foundation, was introduced as speaker by his son, Scott Bahr. Ashes to Glory is a non-profit organization that gives financial assistance to those who are seeking help for their addiction and would like to try professional Christian therapy. Phil and his wife, Dawn, founded the Ashes to Glory Foundation after rescuing their son from addiction. From this journey, they thought of the idea for Ashes to Glory and have been helping those who struggle with addiction to become clean again.

The scholarships given from Ashes to Glory assist individuals and families in therapy, residential stay for a minimum of 90 days, extended care programs for after release, and individual and family counseling to help rebuild homes that have been broken by addiction.

Next month’s Compass luncheon will be on Thursday, October 4th. We invite you to join us!
