We had the pleasure of shooting a classic colonial home for sale on Kernway in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a finished basement. The rest of the house has hardwood floors, and most of the walls are painted an array of grays that gives off a home-y, comfortable feel. The white borders and accents around the house are a stark contrast from the gray but gives the home a classic vibe. If you walk through the sliding glass door to the backyard, you will find a brick patio and extra privacy thanks to the surrounding trees. This house is ready to be a home, all it needs is you!
Every first Thursday of the month Compass hosts a luncheon for Christians who work in the business industry to come together in Southeast Michigan. It’s a wonderful networking event that offers a place for people to connect and listen to powerful speakers. In the past, Chuck Gaidica spoke at a luncheon.
The last luncheon took place on Thursday, September 6th, and we were there to capture some shots from the event. Phil Bahr, president of the Ashes to Glory Foundation, was introduced as speaker by his son, Scott Bahr. Ashes to Glory is a non-profit organization that gives financial assistance to those who are seeking help for their addiction and would like to try professional Christian therapy. Phil and his wife, Dawn, founded the Ashes to Glory Foundation after rescuing their son from addiction. From this journey, they thought of the idea for Ashes to Glory and have been helping those who struggle with addiction to become clean again.
The scholarships given from Ashes to Glory assist individuals and families in therapy, residential stay for a minimum of 90 days, extended care programs for after release, and individual and family counseling to help rebuild homes that have been broken by addiction.
Next month’s Compass luncheon will be on Thursday, October 4th. We invite you to join us!
We worked with Dr Sisk of the Wellness Center of Plymouth and Pain Solutions of Plymouth to create videos that highlight their use of innovative technology and human touch to treat their patients. Each of these videos hones in on a different kind of treatments offered, all of which are non-medicinal. We know it sounds too good to be true, but you will have to find out for yourself! Their services include pulse electromagnetic field therapy, laser therapy, chiropractic care, massage and detoxification, pain relief, nutrition help, and weight loss. Another shock? It’s all pain-free! How can that be? Don’t ask us. Check out the Wellness Center of Plymouth for yourself!
We are thrilled to introduce the new and improved Integrity Naturals! After giving their company a facelift with a new name (previously Integrity Pure & Natural) and a new line of products, they were excited to announce their relaunch to the public. DeAnna Gilbert, owner and founder of Integrity Naturals, has been a licensed cosmetologist for 20 years. She created Integrity Naturals to offer people, especially those with skin sensitivities, a line of natural skincare products that would improve and maintain one’s well-being. Why expose your body to chemicals and toxins when you can help yourself by using Integrity Naturals?
Mike Ritter and Brad Baughman are co-owners of Supplemental Benefits Exchange Agency (SBEA) located in Downtown Plymouth, MI. We worked with them to create a video that would explain exactly what SBEA is and why you should look into their services. For over 20 years, SBEA has been offering a variety of insurances for their clients. They offer health, dental, pet, life, vision, accident insurance and more. They opened in 1995 and have remained an independent agency. SBEA will work with you to find the best plan to fit your needs. Whatever that may be, they have you covered!
I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful condo in South Canton for Jason Borregard from Clients First Realtors and used the shots to put together this informative slideshow video. The exterior of the condo is a combination of brick and stone, giving it a home-y, welcoming vibe. As soon as you walk in, you’re met with grand ceilings and natural light from the large window above the front door. The kitchen has been updated with modern stainless appliances and dark mahogany cabinetry. This condo has two bedrooms (one of which has a fireplace!), two bathrooms, two half bathrooms (the dream!), and a finished basement! Don’t just read about it, though. Check out this video to see for yourself what a charming place it is!
Recently, I photographed a Viktor & Rolf Fragrance Display at Saks Fifth Avenue in Troy, Michigan at Somerset Collection. My client wanted photos of the display case and testers for internal marketing purposes.
We recently completed an “about us” video for CertaPro Painters of Plymouth. We interviewed the franchise owner, a customer of theirs, and one of their painters to tell the story of their company. The b-roll shots included shots of the painters in action and interactions with a customer. The “before” and “after” photos of the home exterior were provided by the franchise owner. Overall, the video tells a great story of the value that Certapro Painters of Plymouth provides to their clients. Enjoy!
Here’s a video that I partnered with my friend and fellow drone pilot, Todd Sedlak, to create for a homeowner looking to sell their home.
Here’s how we got the shot. Todd flew the drone toward the front of the house, and I caught it outside the front door. He killed the propellers when I caught the drone, and I walked it into the house and out the back door. Once I got out on the deck, Todd turned the propellers on again, and I released the drone into the air. And Todd flew the drone out over the lake. Pretty sweet shot.
Tuesday morning, racing to beat the eventual rain, we started off bright and early in Farmington Hills.
Listed by Earl Newman, this Fieldstone home is right off of the intersection of Twelve Mile and Middlebelt. A 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a detached 2-car garage, it also features a front space on the main floor which can be used as an office, sitting room, or library. The patio in the backyard is surrounded by tall trees, creating an air of privacy from neighboring houses and the main road that runs behind the home, which also provide nice scenery and add to the landscaping.
The master bedroom has an attached walk-in closet for extra storage, vanity and powder area, and bathroom complete with a bathtub, glass door shower, and double sink. The bedroom itself has a double window that looks out onto the street, and is very vibrant and warm.
The remaining two bedrooms share a large bathroom in the hallway, and are plenty spacious and bright for children, guests, offices, and more.
Many of the house’s features are very modern, including kitchen and bathroom sinks, and lighting. The granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and lightly stained cabinets and floor give the kitchen a bright and new look. The kitchen and small dining area also have an island in the center that has a power outlet perfect for an on-the-go morning, and sliding glass door that leads into the backyard.
The home also has a larger dining room for hosting company, just off the kitchen and connected to the sitting room.
There is also a larger living room with a peaked ceiling and fireplace, overlooking the backyard, perfect for lounging around on rainy or snowy days all year round. Especially since the weather this summer has been anything but predictable.
