CertaPro Painters of Plymouth Video – Plymouth, Michigan

We recently completed an “about us” video for CertaPro Painters of Plymouth. We interviewed the franchise owner, a customer of theirs, and one of their painters to tell the story of their company. The b-roll shots included shots of the painters in action and interactions with a customer. The “before” and “after” photos of the home exterior were provided by the franchise owner. Lake Edge Drive Aerial Video – Brighton, Michigan Real Estate Video

Here’s a video that I partnered with my friend and fellow drone pilot, Todd Sedlak, to create for a homeowner looking to sell their home.

Here’s how we got the shot. Todd flew the drone toward the front of the house, and I caught it outside the front door. He killed the propellers when I caught the drone, and I walked it into the house and out the back door. Once I got out on the deck, Todd turned the propellers on again, and I released the drone into the air. And Todd flew the drone out over the lake. Pretty sweet shot.

If your business has multiple locations, it’s best to have a Google Business Tour taken at each location. There are often differences in appearance or layout. GBV’s also take you outside to show you the grounds, which can differ from one location to the next. We previously shot a GBV for Havens Orthodontics in their Washington, MI location, and now here is their Imlay City location.

Patricia A. McGarry, DDS – Google Business View – Linden, Michigan

We shot a Google Business View tour of Dr. McGarry’s dental office early in the morning. It is a quaint office in what seemed to be a quiet location. It has a very home-like feel. They even have photographs of their patients up on the wall, members of the “Cavity Free Club,” and a small album of newborns that are yet to have their toothy smiles. For the kids, they have a small area with a few toys, and a little pouch for the Tooth Fairy.

The office was very open, once you made it out of the waiting room. Instead of being shut inside a treatment room, waiting for a hygienist or the doctor, there are no doors that close, so you’re never truly alone or isolated from the people that are taking care of you.

Mester Road – Chelsea Real Estate Videography

To accompany the photo shoot at Mester Road, listed by Jeff Klink of Reinhart Realtors for $939,000, we also provided a narrated video tour of the property of the different features. Beginning on the outside, with the landscaped front, and moving just inside the foyer, you can immediately see the beauty of the home and the luxury it will provide future homeowners and guests.

The video continues with a look into nearly every room of the house, showing both a wider view as if you were standing in the room for yourself, and various intricate details of the house’s most interesting features — including marble flooring, wood-work, granite counter tops, appliances, and even a look into the backyard pool.

The video ends with the home’s gorgeous view  — a look off the back deck and into the yard, complete with surrounding trees, pond, and beautiful natural skyline.
